These Terms of Service govern your use of DocDocJob products and services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.


1. Introduction

DocDocJob provides digital recruitment and matching services for healthcare professionals and healthcare employers.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, employers, partners, and administrators.

2. Definitions

"Platform" means the websites, applications, and services operated by DocDocJob Pte. Ltd.

"User" means any person or entity accessing the platform, including candidates and employers.

3. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering binding agreements and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

4. Account Registration

Some features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding credentials.

You must notify DocDocJob promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access or credential compromise.

5. Services Overview

The platform may provide profile creation, role discovery, matching tools, communication workflows, and related automation features.

Service availability may vary by country, user role, and compliance requirements.

6. Platform Use Rules

You agree to use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate recruitment, employment, and professional development purposes.

You must not interfere with system integrity, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any platform functionality.

7. Payments and Commercial Terms

Certain services may be subject to paid plans, pilot terms, or contract-specific pricing between DocDocJob and customer organizations.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable after service delivery begins.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform software, branding, and original content remain the intellectual property of DocDocJob or its licensors.

Users retain rights to their own lawful submissions, while granting DocDocJob the rights needed to operate the service.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including PDPA and GDPR requirements where relevant.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that data may be processed as required to deliver matching and recruitment services.

10. Employer Obligations

Employers must ensure job postings, role details, and communication are accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory.

Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions and any regulatory requirements tied to their recruitment processes.

11. Candidate Obligations

Candidates must provide truthful qualifications, experience, licensing, and identity information when using the platform.

Misrepresentation of credentials or intentional submission of false information is prohibited and may result in account termination.

12. Prohibited Conduct and Misuse

You may not scrape protected data, reverse engineer services, distribute malware, harass users, or violate rights of third parties.

DocDocJob may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security threats, unlawful behavior, or repeated policy violations.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The platform may reference or integrate third-party services. DocDocJob is not responsible for third-party terms or content practices.

Users should review third-party policies before relying on external services linked from the platform.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranties are disclaimed unless explicitly stated.

DocDocJob does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific hiring outcomes.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocDocJob is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service period under applicable law.

16. Suspension and Termination

DocDocJob may suspend or terminate accounts when required to protect platform security, legal compliance, or user safety.

Upon termination, rights granted under these terms cease, but provisions intended to survive will remain in effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material updates become effective on publication unless a later date is stated.

Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable local law.
