1. Introduction

Welcome to Docdocjob (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Singapore-incorporated company providing an AI-powered healthcare recruitment platform (“Platform”).

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Platform and services, whether as an employer or as a healthcare professional candidate (“you” or “your”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

2. Definitions

• “Applicable Laws” – Includes all laws, statutes, regulations, by-laws, ordinances, codes of conduct, and guidelines applicable in Singapore, such as the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and the Employment Act.

• “Employer” – Any entity or individual who creates an employer account on our Platform to post job advertisements or utilize our services to recruit healthcare professionals.

• “Candidate” – Any individual healthcare professional who creates a candidate account on our Platform seeking employment opportunities.

• “Content” – Any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials uploaded, posted, or otherwise made available on the Platform by any user.

• “Personal Data” – Has the meaning ascribed in the PDPA and includes data about an individual who can be identified from that data or from that data and other information we have or are likely to have access to.

• “Services” – Refers to all products and services provided through the Platform, including but not limited to job advertisement postings, AI-powered matching services, and any related services.

3. Application of These Terms

3.1. These Terms Apply When You:

• Create or attempt to create an account as an Employer or Candidate.

• Access or use our Platform and Services.

• Post or attempt to post any Content on our Platform.

• Otherwise agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.2. Legally Binding Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Additional Specific Terms

4.1. Additional Terms

Depending on the Services you utilize, additional specific terms (“Additional Terms”) may apply. These Additional Terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4.2. Conflict Between Terms

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will prevail.

5. Account Registration and Security

5.1. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

5.2. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access your account. You agree not to share your password and take responsibility for all activities under your account.

5.3. Unauthorized Access

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

6. Services Overview

6.1. For Employers:

• Post job advertisements on the Platform.

• Utilize our AI-powered matching services to find suitable Candidates.

• Access to subscription plans with different features (see Section 8).

6.2. For Candidates:

• Create a professional profile and upload resumes.

• Access job opportunities posted by Employers.

• Utilize our AI-powered matching services for employment opportunities.

7. Use of the Platform

7.1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all Applicable Laws and not engage in unlawful activities.

7.2. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Infringing intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

• Transmitting viruses or harmful code.

• Engaging in activities that disrupt the Platform.

8. Payments and Subscription Plans (Employers)

8.1. Subscription Model

Our Services for Employers operate on an annual subscription model with different plans available. See [PRICING] for details.

8.2. Beta Phase & Free Services

During the beta phase, Services are free. Employers will be notified 3 months in advance before transitioning to paid subscriptions.

8.3. Transition to Paid Services

Employers must opt-in to paid plans. No automatic charges will be applied.

8.4. Annual Payment Terms

• Fees are payable annually in advance.

• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

8.5. Fee Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 3 months’ notice.

8.6. Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds for unused portions of the subscription period.

• Fees are non-refundable, unless required by Applicable Laws.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. Ownership

We own all rights, title, and interest in the Platform and Services, including intellectual property rights.

9.2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for internal business purposes.

9.3. User Content

By posting Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute it.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

10.1. Compliance with PDPA

10.2. Consent

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your Personal Data.

10.3. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your data may be processed outside Singapore under PDPA-compliant safeguards.

10.4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures, but acknowledge that no method is 100% secure.

11. Employers’ Obligations

• Comply with Employment Laws (e.g., Employment Act, Fair Consideration Framework).

• Provide accurate job information.

• Use Candidate data solely for recruitment.

12. Candidates’ Obligations

• Provide accurate qualifications & experience details.

• Use the Platform only for legitimate job searches.

13. Misuse of Data & Prohibited Activities

• No unauthorized disclosure of Candidate data.

• No tampering with Platform security.

14. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided “as is”.

• We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits.

15. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

16. Changes to Platform & Terms

• We may modify or discontinue Services at any time.

• Changes to Terms will be communicated in advance.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Singapore law.

• Disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
